I'm not sure if I left that last post up for as long as I did because I'm so proud of my daughter or because I didn't have anything to say or if I just completely forgot again that I had a blog. I got a letter from school asking for my kids immunization records.  It's actually the seventh or eighth letter I've received since they started going to Math and Science Academy.  Usually, I don't get things done because I forget or don't think it's that important.  This time I just don't have the information they want.  Our pediatrician retired and I can't find many of the records I need.  I'm sure they have all their immunizations...I think.  I've already talked to their current pediatrician at Woodwinds and if they can't find the records I don't know how I will.  So, I decided that maybe I would claim that my religion doesn't allow me to get my children immunized.  That might look suspicious since the school already has some of the immunization dates, but I could always say that I was converted.  That might lead to a conversation about which religion I profess and then I'd be lost.  MSA is a public school so maybe I could be honest and say I'm a Christian.  I'm sure they would chalk that up to crazy religious affiliation.  If I was one of thost organized moms I'd have the original little card the doctor gave me with all the dates.  I kept losing my card so they gave me a new one every time I came in.  Now that I think of it I can't believe I actually made it into the office for every immunization.  Hmmm... maybe I didn't.  Maybe I'll move that up on my priority list.  I'll put it right between finishing my book and buying a motorcycle.  That way it might get done before they graduate.
